Certificate of Liability

All organizations that wish to use our meeting rooms are required to provide a certificate of liability insurance with RAP Foundation listed under the certificate holder.

Please allow 15-30 minutes prior to your meeting to set up AND 15-30 minutes following your meeting to clean up and return items to their designated location (see room request instructions on-site).

It is REQUIRED for first time facility users that you make an appointment to come in and review technical set-up and specifications at least 1-week prior to using the facility.
