 II. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
In order to meet Brown Act requirements, items may be added to the agenda only upon decision by a majority of the Board of Directors to add the item because of a need for immediate action.

 V. NEW BUSINESS ITEMS – Action Items
     a. Signage for building (Attach. #1 #1, #2, #3)
As directed by the Committee, staff provided several choices to the board to select.  The results will be shared with the Committee in order to make a decision on the final design.

b. HVAC – We have one unit nonoperational that needs to be replaced. This unit covers the lobby area. Estimate for the unit (Attach. 4)
