Special Facilities Committee Agenda

Committee Members: Mike Gialdini, Craig Borba, Mark Moran, Aurora Wilson, Matt, Gonda, Rudy Gutierrez and Claudia Galvez.

II. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
In order to meet Brown Act requirements, items may be added to the agenda only upon decision by a majority of the Board of Directors to add the item because of a need for immediate action.

III. PUBLIC COMMENTS/PRESENTATIONS
Public Comments: Persons wishing to speak are requested to be recognized at the appropriate time. General comments regarding non-agenda items will be called for at this time. IV. NEW BUSINESS ITEMS – Action Items

A. Guthy Renker – Review Lease Agreement (Attach. #1)
Guthy Renker submitted their request to extend their lease for eighteen (18) months

B. Midwest Minnesota Community Development Corporation D.B.A. Coachella Valley Community Tax Services (nonprofit) Floor Plan (Attach.#2 & #3)
They currently have two cubicles. Cubicle D200c6 expired July 31, 2021, and is requesting to extend the lease for six (6) months.

VI. ADJOURNMENT: Next meeting will be Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 10:30 AM or immediately following the board meeting. Agenda Posting: Agendas will be posted on the Foundation website – www.rapfoundation.org – a minimum of 72 hours prior to the meeting date.
