Nonprofit Leadership Development Workshop: Session 2

What’s this workshop series about? Effective leaders possess skills and abilities that propel their organizations to success. This step-by-step, interactive workshop series will provide you with tools to strengthen your ability to lead and manage organizational change. You can become a better leader for your nonprofit!

  • How to assess your leadership style
  • How to build teamwork
  • How to improve essential leadership skills
  • How to increase your ability to manage conflict and solve your nonprofit’s challenges
  • How to create, influence, and foster organizational change

In-Person Workshop Schedule: Thursday, January 11 & Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Bonus one-on-one session: Thursday, January 25, 2024 (arranged at your preferred time)

Location: RAP Foundation Building Conference Room 103

Speaker: With over 30 years in the nonprofit sector, Greg Charleston, a seasoned workshop leader and coach, brings expertise in staff and board leadership, strategic planning, grants management, marketing, and development. As a former nonprofit CEO, he customizes sessions, delivering practical and current insights to empower participants with the tools for effective leadership and success.
