Usage Policies
Usage of the rooms is subject to a 10 hour per month limit, per organization. Requests in excess of this in a given month will be subject to review and approval. RAP Foundation tenants may reserve the rooms six (6) months in advance and NPO Centric Members may reserve four (4) months in advance, all other requests are allowed no more than two (2) months in advance.
All organizations that wish to use our meeting rooms are required to provide a certificate of liability insurance with RAP Foundation listed under the certificate holder. Please send your certificate to Mireya Reyes at mreyes@rapfoundation.org.
Multi-Use Water Containers
RAP Foundation/NPO Centric promotes usage of multi-use water containers vs. disposable plastic bottles. A filtered water station with both cold and hot water is available in the kitchen.
Trash Policy
You are expected to collect your own trash/waste and take it out to the dumpster. Room MUST be returned to original layout and all tables wiped down and cleared of any debris.
Room Equipment
If technical accessories are provided, they must be returned to the front desk or RAP/NPOC staff. Users will be held responsible for any lost or damage equipment and/or accessories. If you are requiring the use of any technical accessories, your request MUST be received 72-hours in advance via the room request form or email or you will need to bring your own equipment and you will be responsible for the set-up.

- All Day weekend slots are from 8AM - 4PM Saturday - Sunday.
RAP Foundation Tenants
- Effective January 1, 2025, the RAP Foundation will implement a new policy for all RAP Foundation tenants. Under the new policy, all RAP Foundation tenants are to transition to an active NPO Centric membership. Visit www.npocentric.org to view all membership levels.
NPO Centric Members
- NPO Centric Members are entitled to unlimited hours to reserve any conference room during business hours.
Non NPO Centric Members & For-Profits
- Rooms are available during normal business hours and on weekends. Non NPO Centric Members/For-Profits are limited to reserve any conference room up to 12 hours a month.

The Regional Access Project Foundation (RAP) Inc. incorporated in 1992 as a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation in order to address unmet needs in health, mental health and juvenile intervention for residents of eastern Riverside County through grants and technical assistance to not for profit service providers.
The Administration of the RAP Foundation consists of a local Board of Directors and a CEO. Dedicated managers and coordinators oversee each of our programs.
We are always looking for motivated Board candidates who support our mission and have a strong skill set to help guide the RAP Foundation and set organizational governance.

- Grant funding is ONLY available to nonprofit organizations (501c3), government agencies, school districts and tribes.Services covered under the grant must be provided to residents of the 4th Supervisorial District for the County of Riverside. Organizations based outside of this area are welcome to apply as long as the project/program for which they are applying is based within the District.
- Services provided must be one of the following categories: Health, Mental/Behavioral Health or Juvenile Intervention.
