This meeting will be conducted in-person and is consistent with Governor Newsom’s Assembly Bill 2449, preserving AB 361 and adding two more options for hybrid meetings: “just cause” and “emergency circumstances.”

This meeting is being conducted as a hybrid meeting by web/and or teleconference and in the RAP (Regional Access Project) Foundation Offices. Members of the public may be able to participate by telephone using the dial-in number listed above.
