Leadership Academy: Through the Lens of Equity
Did you know that trust is one of the most vital forms of capital a leader has in today’s world? Trust is the belief in someone’s abilities, honesty, and character. While trust is key in personal relationships, research shows it’s also the foundation of successful organizations.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to build trust and become a stronger leader. We’ll explore how self-awareness, purpose, and connecting with others can improve your leadership skills. We’ll also look at how workplace culture can shape the way we work and why it’s important to create an environment of equity, inclusion, and support for everyone.
Through roundtable discussions, you’ll have the opportunity to share your ideas and learn from others in a collaborative setting. We invite CEOs, Directors, and individuals in leadership roles to attend!
