RAP Foundation made a four year commitment to a Mental Health Initiative. Majority of grant funding for the Mental Health Initiative is to support nonprofit organizations, agencies, and educational institutions providing Mental Health services and programs for eastern Riverside County residents.
The Regional Access Project (RAP) Foundation announced its “Call for Applications” for the Desert Fast Pitch Program in January 2017. Several organizations applied for the opportunity. After careful review and process, a Selection Panel choose eight organizations to participate in the program. The 2017 cohort begins the program on July 12th with a full day of training with National Communications Expert Andy Goodman.

In many of our minds, “data collection” brings up a vision of paper intake forms and never ending data entry.  In fact, in our upcoming survey of what outcomes measurement looks like in the real world, one of the most commonly repeated themes (alarmingly) was that human services organization didn’t have all the data they wanted because they didn’t have enough computers for all their front line staff to enter it.
